Cancellation & refund policy

Free-cancellation window

Each property uses either a 48-hour or 24-hour free-cancellation window. The exact cancellation deadline is shown before payment and on the booking confirmation.

If a guest cancels before the displayed deadline, AaronStay marks the full advance amount paid for refund, including the hotel advance and platform fee.

If the guest cancels after the displayed deadline, the advance is non-refundable unless the property/platform approves an exception required by law or due to service failure.

Commission treatment

Promoter and introducer earnings remain pending until the stay is completed. Cancelled/refunded bookings generate no referral or promotion commission.
